GalleryPrint offers custom color profiling services. Custom profiles yield extremely accurate results allowing your system to perform at it's optimum. The custom profiles are hardware, ink, and media specific. They are made from output you create on your system from a test file you download from our site and output on your printer. All instructions are included for this relatively simple process.

Generic profiles are profiles that work for various machines using specific inks and papers. You select your paltform, printer, inkset, and paper, then order the recommended generic profile for your sytem. These profiles yield very satisfactory results but are not as precise as the custom profiles

In order for your system to be accurate you must calibrate your viewing monitor. We can not profile your monitor remotely so you must do this first. You can utilize the monitor profiling software bundled with Adobe Photoshop® or another third party calibration system, however we strongly recommend a monitor calibrating device. We offer the Gretag Macbeth Eye One calibration system. Please contact us to inquire about pricing and availability. You should calibrate your monitor monthly.
